This shoot was very spontaneous, very last minute, I desperately wanted to go to bed but the creative was too good to pass up. No regrets!
One of the struggles of family shoots is getting everyone looking at the camera at the same time. This is why I have a strong preference for candid shots to compliment the posed shots. You get the best of both worlds and it’s less stress on everyone involved. The biggest help is having some behind the scenes help - in this shoot, grandpa was behind me making faces at little Elan to make him smile.
Advertising your homes or spaces for rent or for sale requires a professional photographer. Using wide-angle lenses and compositing different lighting to create the best photo of a space can be tricky. Trust me to do that job for you!
If you are a real estate agent or know of any, send them my way! I'd be happy to tell you my rates.
Sitting around a late summer fire with my friend Elise, I couldn’t help but feel that her new hair colour fit the feel of fall so perfectly. I was inspired to create a fantastical beauty editorial, and so we did just that. With her help with the make up, and leaves found in her front yard we developed this look which I feel achieved exactly what I had envisioned.

2019. I do this portrait every two years. This year was especially tough on me, so much so, that I almost didn’t even do it. I would like to thank my old, talented friend Ariel Durkin for helping me pull this together in such short notice. I knew that if I didn’t do this portrait, I would eventually regret it. I feel much better right now and my usual optimistic self is slowly coming back.
